Tomasz Walczak

Tomasz is Managing Partner of our Law Firm. He advises our clients on policy, legislation, regulation and government relations with an emphasis on public policy matters and antitrust. He specialises in administrative, competition and consumer protection law.

Tomasz has extensive experience in the field of EU administrative law and a good understanding of complex decision-making processes within EU institutions and agencies. Before joining us, he worked for the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection in Poland and the Consumers’ Office in Germany.

He graduated from the European University Viadrina in Frankfurt-Oder (Germany) in Polish and German law and holds a PhD in Law and a diploma in antitrust law.
